Your Lead Buyer Agent

Your lead agent will consult with you to learn more about your home buying goals. She'll customize your property search according to your needs, attend many of your showings with you, write your offer to purchase, and oversee your home buying plan until the day you receive your keys at the closing table. Our lead buyer agent helps you negotiate your offer to purchase and get a good price for your home. Just as important, she advocates for your best interests and provides you with the guidance you need to help ensure the property you buy is a safe and sound investment in the years ahead. She also attends your closing with you. She's by your side throughout the entire process, serving as your advocate and advisor.

Supporting Agents

Other agents will support you throughout your home buying process. For example, you may need to see a property urgently and with little notice. We draw upon our entire team so an available agent is able to schedule your showing for you as quickly as possible. Our agent team may also assist you with other important aspects of your home buying plan, such as attending your home inspection, attending your final "walk-through", or providing a second opinion on a property's market value. 

Administrative Team

Our administrative staff play key roles throughout your home purchase process. The admin team maintains a central file for your transaction, ensuring all of your paperwork is in order. They assist with the tracking of the contingencies in your offer to purchase and help you meet all of your contractual commitments in a timely fashion. They use a checklist to ensure your earnest money, inspection, testing, financing, and other contingencies are completed on-time according to the terms of your offer. Our admin staff may also assist you with a number of other activities on an as-needed basis, such as scheduling your showings, scheduling your home inspection, and answering your questions that pop up along the way.
