The Frolic is only the beginning of the festival season.  Other events and celebrations include the Taste of Mount Horeb, the Annual Art Fair, Cajun Fest, the Thirsty Troll Brew Fest, the Fall Heritage Festival, the Holiday Craft Bonanza, the Norsk Run, and the Spring Art Tour. The Mount Horeb Area School District offers 5 schools in total. The Early Learning School serves children in pre-school and kindergarten; the Primary Center serves grades 1 and 2.  The Intermediate Center serves grades 3-5, while the Middle School (6-8) and the High School (9-12) serve children at the older levels.
